| 摘 要： | 针对国内航空公司需要客观准确评估服务通告的问题，提出了利用极大似然估计方法来提高服务通告经济性评估的准确性。首先介绍了部件可靠性指标一平均非例行拆换间隔 （mean time between unscheduled removals，MTBUR）及其在服务通告中的应用；然后针对服务通告改装前后部件寿命的变化，采用极大似然估计方法估算改装后部件MTBF（mean time between failures）；最后结合估算的MTBF分析部件寿命变化对航空公司经济性的影响。

| Abstract: | To estimate service bulletin economy exactly and objectively,an idea of utilizing the method of maximum likelihood estimation to improve the accuracy of service bulletin estimation was proposed for the first time.This paper introduced reliability index-MTBUR of component and its appliance in service bulletin.Then,The method of estimation and its mathematical model were introduced and developed.As an example,the MTBF of component to service bulletin is estimated and the affection to airline cost is analyzed. |
