三向隔振阻尼圈

本文论述了用国产９０系列粘弹性阻尼材料制成的小型阻尼圈的设计和计算。用它组合成的三向隔振系统，在用于６ｋｇ以下的设备时，在宽频带振动激励下，它有好的抑制共振峰的能力，共振传递率小于３；并且有良好的高频隔振性能和缓冲效果。还具有体积小、质量轻、组合灵活等特点。

Three-Directional Damping Ring for Vibration Isolation

The paper describes design and calculation of small type damping ring made from chinese-made 90 series viscoelaslic damping material. The three-directional vibration isolation system composed of this kind of damping ring, when it is used in the equipment with weight less than 6kg and excited with wide-band vibration signal, has good capability of suppressing resonant peak, the resonant transfer rate is less than 3; besides, it has excellent high-frequency vibration isolation performance and buffer effect. The system also possesses advantages of small volume, light weight, simple structure andflexible combinationfeature.
