| 摘 要： | 为了对不能直接套用GJB899中试验方案的指数分布寿命型产品进行可靠性验证试验,提出了这类产品的可靠性验证试验方案设计公式。用GJB899中的实例验证了设计公式的正确性。为不能套用GJB899中数据的某型产品设计了可靠性鉴定试验。最后分析了可靠性测定试验的风险。

| Abstract: | In order to verify the reliability of the product which can not be tested by GJB899,the design formula for the fixedduration reliability qualification test which suits for the product whose lifespan keeps to exponential distribution is presented.The correctness of the formula is proved by the test case in GJB899.Then a reliability qualification test scheme is designed for the product which can not be tested by GJB899.Finally the risk of the reliability qualification test is analyzed. |
