| 摘 要： | 一个城市的和谐发展是与市民的人文素质密不可分的。本文从文学的教育功能切入，倡导市民阅读经典文学作品，培养博爱情感，审美素养和创造性思维等人文素质。并且建议动员社会各方力量，加大文学作品导读力度，充分发挥经典文学的精神哺育作用，提升市民人文素质，建设和谐幸福廊坊。

| Abstract: | The harmonious development of a city has an intimate relationship with its citizen＇s humanistic quality. The essay analyzes the influence of literature to the human being, and advocates reading the classic literary works to cultivate citizen＇s humanistic quality such as fraternity, taste and creativity. Plus, it is proposed to mobilize all the social sectors and provide the citizen with the professional and practical hterary guide in reading some works. Finally, the elevated humanistic quality absorbed from the merits of the classic liter- ature accelerates constructing Langfang city with harmony and happiness. |
