The hit precision evaluation of the missile is important for the development and usage of the missile. In terms of given CEP, this paper gives out the evaluation method based on fly testing data, which satisfy the requests of the producer risk, the user risk and the evaluation distinguishing rate. It gives out the method of dividing of point of fall and the evaluation index of the missile,which is regular whether or not. We take no account of the system deviation in this text. The simulation example is given to verify the usefulness of the method, which is compatible with the evaluation of the targeting accuracy of the air-to-ground missile.
