摘    要:本文对于卫星动量轮闭环系统提出了一种基于UIO双观测器的故障诊断方法,该方法通过分析观测器残差向量的变化来分离执行机构、传感器及系统参数故障,并且可以通过隔离观测器反映出传感器的故障模式.文中首先对闭环系统故障诊断特点、UIO故障诊断方法及卫星动量轮闭环系统进行了简要介绍;接着分析了UIO双观测器法应用的条件;然后引入卫星动量轮闭环系统的模型;最后通过仿真实验证明利用本文中所提出的方法可以成功地诊断并分离出执行机构、传感器及系统参数的故障,并在传感器故障时可以确定出故障模式.

Abstract:This paper shows a fault diagnosis method for the momentum close-loop system which can identify the actuator fault,sensor fault and system parameter fault successfully by observing the remnant vectors of UIO double observers,furthermore,the identifying observer can reflect the mode of sensor fault.Firstly,brief introductions of the fault diagnosis method in close-loop system,the UIO fault diagnosis method and the momentum system used in satellite are presented.Then the UIO double observers fault diagnosis method is put forward,and the restriction for the system when using this method is analyzed.The momentum close-loop system in satellite is modeled in the third part.Finally,simulation proves that the fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper can identify the actuator fault,sensor fault and system parameter fault successfully.
