摘    要:研究了弹性支承对滑动轴承支承的非线性转子动力系统的动力稳定性影响和减振特性。首先建立了滑动轴承—转子非线性动力系统和弹性支承—滑动轴承—转子非线性动力系统的力学模型,在油膜力非线性的情况下,分析了系统的动力稳定性,通过对比具有弹性支承的滑动轴承转子系统和刚性支承的滑动轴承转子系统的响应,表明:弹性支承的加入,有效地提高了系统运动稳定性。

Abstract:The dynamical behaviors of a film bearing rotor system with flexible support are investigated in this paper. At first, the mechanical models of film bearing rotor system and flexible support film bearing rotor system are established. Based on the nonlinear characteristic of film forces, the stability and bifurcation of the two non-autonomous systems are discussed. The result of the flexible support system is compared with that of the system having no flexible support, it is found that flexible support can improve the stability of the system with high threshold speeds. Then, for the autonomous systems, their dynamic responses are calculated for different system parameters. According to the results, it can be seen that stability of the rotor system is improved obviously when the mass, coefficients of damper and stiffness match with each other reasonably.
