引射碎流型蒸汽加热器研究

摘    要:本文在文1]的基础上,通过深入的理论分析和实验研究,提出一种比射流碎流型更好的加热器结构——引射碎流型加热器。经现场使用证明,这种新型的蒸汽加热器能更有效地达到降噪,减振和提高热效率的效果。

Abstract:On the basis of the reference1], this article puts forward a new type of vapor heater with ejection and fragmentation. After a theoretical anglysis together with experimental investigation, it is shown that the characteristics are better than that with the previous jet-flow and fragmentation. It is also verified from practical application that this novel vapour heater can decrease both the vibration and the noise during operation,and increase the heat exchange efficiency effectively.
