阿基米德螺线在线性补偿应用中的原理误差分析

摘    要:介绍了阿基米德螺线在线性补偿中的应用,对所存在的理论误差进行了分析,应用数学方法对误差方程进行了求解,并通过软件仿真,给出了螺线上一些常用离散点的误差值,绘制了误差表。在工程应用中可以通过查阅此表对螺线上各点进行修正,从而实现精确的线性补偿。

Abstract:The application of Archimedes spiral in linearity compensation is presented, the theory error is analyzed, and the error equation is demonstrated by mathematic theory. Using computer emulator, the precise errors of some dispersed points in common use are educed, and error tabulation is provided. In engineering applications, engineers could consult this error tabulation and correct the points on Archimedes spiral, to realize accurately linearity compensation.
