| 摘 要： | 本文是对航空发动机模拟试验台中的丝网分离器进行修改设计和试验工作的总结。着重叙述影响气水分离效率的重要参数——气流速度 V_D 的选择以及在结构上所做的改进,用试验方法验证设计达到了预期目的,并录取了分离效率与过网气速的关系曲线。

| Abstract: | This paper is a summary report of the design modification and performance test of the screen separator on the aeroengine altitude simulated test bed.It is shown that the air flow speed through the screen is an important parameter affecting the efficiency of air-water separator.The relationship curve between separator efficiency and air flow speed through the screen has been taken down and a modified design has been produced.Experi- ments show that the modified design has achieved the desired goai. |
