用微机控制的SPWM逆变器的研制

摘    要:本文说明了利用 MCS-51系列单片机控制的 SPWM 型恒压恒频单相逆变器的设计思想,线路及其实现方法。为了改善在电感性负载下的输出波形,采用了方波及 SPWM 波混合控制的桥式功放电路。并采用了独特的调压方法,使输出波形及转换效率在不同负载下保持不变。该逆变器还具有电瓶亏电指示、过载保护、软起动等多种功能。最后给出实验结果。

Abstract:This paper explains a concept of designing a SPWM constant voltage con- stant frequency(CVCF)single-phase static inverter by using an MCS-51 microprocessor, and describes the principal circuits.A square wave and SPWM wave controlled bridge power amplifier has been introduced in order to improve the output waveform under inductive load. The adoption of a unique voltage regulation method enables the output waveform and invertion efficiency to keep constant under different loads.This inverter has a multiple func- tion of low battery voltage indication,overload protection and soft starting.Some test results are given at the end of the paper.
