| 摘 要： | 本文提出了从性能管理角度来分析飞机飞行事故原因的观点。认为从性能管理角度来看飞行事故在使用方面的原因因素,有可能对事故发生的原因及其预防措施获得更为简单系统的认识。从这一观点出发,文章进一步论述了如何加强飞机性能管理工作,提高飞行安全水平。

| Abstract: | This paper advances a new view of analysing the causes of aircraft accidents from the angle of performance management.The author claims that when the operational causal factors of an accident are discussed from the performance management view,a simpler and more systematic knowledge can be obtained.From this point of view,the paper goes on to discuss how to strengthen performance management in order to improve flight safety. |
