机械制造课程设计中应用行为导向教学法研究

行为导向教学法是以学生职业活动为导向,以培养学生能力为内核,以创造实际工作情景,建立与劳动组织相似的学习小组,完成工作任务、解决实际问题、达到工作目标为手段的现代教学方法,即能力本位的教学方法。由于行为导向教学法对于培养学生的全面素质和综合能力具有十分有效的作用,因此是目前职业院校进行教学实践改革中行之有效的方法之一。本文作者通过自己在课程中实践行为导向教学法的体会和思考,对广泛应用此项教学方法进行了一些研究。

Oriented Teaching Methods for Application Behavior in the Course Design of Mechanical Manufacturing

The behavior oriented teaching method is to take student occupation activity guidance, to foster students＇ability as the core, in order to create actual working situation, the establishment of similar and labor organization study group, to complete the task, to solve practical problems, achieve the goal as a means of modern teaching methods, teaching method is the ability standard. Because the behavior oriented teaching method is very effective for the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and ability, it is one of the methods of the teaching reform of the effectiveness of the occupation colleges at present.
