| Abstract: | Using soap free polymerization emulsion for becoming the membrane and water for solvent, a new-type of efficient and wa- ter-based antirust paint was developed. The paint recipe, preparation and properties were described. The experimental results proved that the water-based antirust paint was excellent and economical and practical. |
