摘    要:设计制造了一种旋转式气流换向阀,使用该换向阀能够产生较高频率、较大振幅的压力振荡,在此基础上建立了压力振荡环境下燃料液滴蒸发过程的试验系统,利用高速阴影成像系统对乙醇液滴蒸发过程对压力振荡动态响应特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,乙醇液滴蒸发过程对压力振荡具有快速响应的能力,压力振荡过程中,蒸发速率并不与环境压力的值成正比,蒸发速率的最大值发生在压力下降过程的后期阶段,蒸发速率的大小与压力振荡的频率、振幅有关。

Abstract:A circumrotatory airflow reversing valve is designed,which can produce pressure oscillation with the higher frequency and the greater amplitude,and the experiment system for study on evaporation process of fuel droplet is established.The experimental study on dynamic response characteristics of ethanol droplet evaporation under pressure oscillation is carried out by the high speed shadow imaging system.The results indicate that ethanol droplet evaporation can response quickly to pressure oscillation and evaporation rate is not in direct proportion to the value of ambient pressure,and that the maximum evaporation rate,which is concerned with the amplitude and frequency of pressure oscillation,occurs after the moment of pressure decline.
