航天器环境试验标准体系研究

摘    要:环境试验是航天器安全和可靠性的重要保障。本文在对航天器研制过程中所经历的环境及效应分析的基础上,从航天器的系统构成和航天器的研制流程角度,对航天器的环境试验进行了分类,进而构建了航天器系统级、分系统/组件级、材料/器件/电子元器件级的环境效应试验标准体系,这对航天器的研制及航天器的在轨安全和高可靠性具有重要意义。

Abstract:Environmental testing is important for security and reliability of spacecraft. Based on the analysis of the environment and effects experienced in the process of spacecraft development and mission, the environmental testing for spacecraft is classified from the perspective of spacecraft structure and development process, and then the standard systems for environmental tests of spacecraft, subsystems or units, and materials or device or components are constructed. All these are essential for the development, on-orbit safety and high reliability of spacecraft.
