摘    要:蜂窝夹芯板在航空航天领域的应用越来越广泛,其应用过程中出现的疲劳问题也日渐突出,目前关于其疲劳问题的研究还很少,研究采用的试验方法也各不相同,且不同试验方法下,蜂窝夹芯板的疲劳过程具有较大差异。本文回顾了蜂窝夹芯板的疲劳研究进展,通过对比不同试验方法下蜂窝夹芯板的疲劳损伤过程,总结出其疲劳性能的异同点;通过介绍蜂窝夹芯板的疲劳试验方法、疲劳损伤过程、疲劳寿命预测方法以及疲劳寿命曲线,指出了蜂窝夹芯板疲劳寿命领域值得研究的问题以及需要进一步关注的方向。

Abstract:Honeycomb sandwich panels have become more and more widely used in the aerospace field, and the fatigue problems that occur during their application have become increasingly prominent. At present, there is little research on the fatigue of honeycomb sandwich panels, and the test methods used in the study are also very different. Under different test methods, the fatigue process of Nomex honeycomb sandwich panels varies greatly. This article mainly reviews the research progress of the fatigue of honeycomb sandwich panels. The purpose is to compare the fatigue damage process of honeycomb sandwich panels under different test methods and summarize the similarities and differences of the fatigue performance of honeycomb sandwich panels. By introducing the fatigue test method, fatigue damage process, fatigue life prediction method and fatigue life curve of honeycomb sandwich panel, the research direction of the fatigue of honeycomb sandwich panel is proposed.
