试论人性化管理

摘    要:管理因其对象的特点,始终处于一种动态的竞争和博弈的环境下,因而管理永远都是复杂和富于挑战的活动。要做好管理,成为优秀的企业家和管理者,除了具备理性的智慧、方法外,还应有充满情感的快乐和朋友。使人们真正成为自己的主人,让他们为了自己的利益而奋斗,这是人性化管理的要义所在。本文通过分析传统管理中存在的一些重理性而轻人性的管理方法,剖析了中国缺乏人性化管理的思想基础,并就如何运用人性化管理提出了自己的一些探讨性意见。

Abstract:Due to the characteristics of the objects,management is always in a dynamic state of competition, and is an activity full of complexity and challenges. In addition to rational wisdom and methods, one should also have emotive happiness and friends if they want to become an excellent manager or entrepreneur. The theme of humanity-oriented humanity management is to make the people become the master of their own and struggle for their own benefits. Through analyzing problems and emphasizing on rationality but ignoring humanity in the tranditional management method, the author investigates the ideological base of management lacking in humanity, and then proposes forward some exploratory suggestions on how to make use of the humanity-oriented management.
