摘    要:包含有毛细力驱动两相流体回路的多流体回路耦合系统将会成为未来大型航天器热管理系统的重要组成部分。目前国内外针对单个毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CapillaryPumpedLoop,CPL)的基础研究和应用研究已经进行的非常深入。建立了与两个液态水单相流体回路直接耦合,与两个空气通风回路间接耦合的多蒸发器CPL系统,并通过实验对该系统的瞬态运行特性进行了研究。不仅验证了系统的可行性,而且与单个CPL相比,针对多回路耦合CPL系统的实验更加侧重于系统整体的协调运行特性,体现出了某些独特的运行规律。

Abstract:Multiple-loop coupling System including Two-Phase loops will be an important component of the Thermal Management System in Large-scale spacecraft in the future. Thorough foundation and application studies on single capillary pumped loop (CPL) was made inside and outside the nation. A multiple evaporator CPL coupled with two water loops directly and two air thermal control units indirectly was developed and tests were conducted to investigate its instantaneous characteristics. Feasibility of the system was tested. Harmony of all the loops was emphasized and special rules were demonstrated compared with single CPL.
