摘    要:润滑或液压油液中的颗粒物携带着大量的机器系统运行状态和故障信息,通过对工作油液中颗粒的在线监测与分析,可以获得机器系统的磨损状况和液压系统的污染状况信息。本文综合运用了现代显微成像和计算机视觉技术,开发了污染油液内颗粒图像在线监测系统,并介绍了该系统的设计方案和设计原理。通过理论计算和实验分析,获得了该系统的性能指标。系统的成功开发,为基于油液分析的航空发动机状态监测和磨损故障诊断提供了先进的检测手段。

Abstract:Debris in the lubrication or hydraulic oil carries many information about the working state and failure of the machine system. By on line monitoring and analyzing the debris in the working oil, the wear state of machine and the contamination state of hydraulic system can be obtained. Based on the synthetic application of the techniques of the micro imaging and computer vision, a debris image on line monitoring and analyzing system for contaminated fluid is developed, and the design project and design principle of the system are also presented. Through theoretical and experimental analyzing, the main performance indexes of the system are obtained. The system provides an advanced method for the status inspection and fault diagnosis of aero engines based on the oil analyzing.
