研究所、高校和企业的技术创新分工研究

创新活动是由基础研究、应用研究、技术开发、生产、营销五个环节组成的一条“创新链”，研究所、高校和企业在技术创新过程中都起到至关重要的作用。它们各具优势，因而在技术创新中的分工亦有所不同。高校在技术创新中起着基础性作用，主要肩负培养创新人才的使命；研究所处于科研的最前沿，引导技术创新的方向；而企业则是技术创新的决策主体、投入主体、利益主体和风险承担主体，发挥着主体性作用。因此，在技术创新过程中，这三者既要明确分工，发挥各自的优势，同时要注重相互合作。

Division of Labor Research About Technological Innovation in Institute , University and Enterprise

Innovation is composed of the basic research,the applied research,the technical development,the production,and the marketing.These five parts comprise "the innovation chain".The research institute,the university and the enterprise all play the very important role in the technological innovation process.They have own superiority,but also differs from each other in the technological innovation division.In technological innovation,the division of labor must be clear,and respective superiority is displayed,simultaneously we must pay great attention to the mutual cooperations.Firstly this article analyses the different division in the technological innovation.Then it put forward the correlation proposal to cooperations.
