摘    要:研究国产8090铝锂合金YAG激光焊。试验表明:在合理的焊接工艺参数下可得到优良的焊接接头,接头表面平整、光洁。单面焊能焊厚度不大于0.70mm板,双面焊能焊不大于1.4mm板。金相分析表明接头结合良好、焊缝为细晶组织、焊缝窄,热影响区小,电子探针微区域分析表明焊缝及热影响区成分几乎无变化。8090铝锂合金易产生焊接热裂纹,并易产生延迟裂纹,焊后应进行去应力处理。

Abstract:The laser welding of domestic 8090 Al-Li alloy was studied. The experiments show that good welding joint can be gained. The surface of welding joint is even and smooth at proper technical parameters. Single side welding can be through Al-Li alloy plate of 0.70 mm in thickness while double side welding can be through 1.4 mm thick one. Optical microscope analysis shows that the welding joint is combined well. The welding line is narrow and has fine grain structure. The heat-affected zone is small. Electron probe microanalysis shows that there is hardly change in their composition of the welding line and the heat-affected zone. But the thermal crack is produced easily and the delayed crack is also created easily. So the stress releasing treatment should be after welding.
