摘    要:分析了某型助飞发动机的喷管与尾翼连翼杆组件的温度与应力场,找到了多次发生火箭发动机尾翼连翼杆螺纹根部处断裂的问题所在,给出了解决方案。经后续多次飞行验证,证明计算分析及改进设计正确有效。

Abstract:In developing course the rocket engine of certain flight-assisted equipment's empennage wing pole whorl root part splits leads to the shell body fly not steadily occurs many times. Aiming at this problem, even temperature and stress field of this engine nozzle and the empennage wing pole package were thoroughly analyzed in this paper. Settlement method was given and the method was accepted. Verifying through follow-up many times flight, it was proved that counting analysis and the improvement design were effectively correctly
