| 摘 要： | 河南省东部地区产业结构水平低、发展缓慢，多项经济指标均低于全省平均水平。文章在分析东部地区产业结构现状的基础上，针对产业结构中存在的问题提出6项对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the eastern plain of Henan province, the industrial structure is low in level and slow in development, a number of the economic indexes are lower than the average indexes. To counter these problems existing in industrial structure of henan provice, the article puts forward some suggestions by analyzing the present conditions of the eastern plain. |
