基于Matlab GUI的X型圈选配仿真平台开发

摘    要:针对伺服机构油箱蓄压器组件配对速度慢、匹配参数单一的问题,提出了一种考虑三个匹配参数(配合间隙、X型圈压缩率、拉伸率)、同时考虑密封副重要性分配的综合量化评分体系,对配对零件的密封性能进行了综合评分,接着将分数最高的若干组合选出,以实现零件的优选配对。该流程可通过Matlab编程实现,以提高选配速度。针对油箱蓄压器组件装配仿真中轴向力提取困难的问题,通过引入驱动元件,可以获得装配过程中的轴向接触压力,并最终将其转化为轴向力。结合优选配对功能与装配仿真功能,开发了基于Matlab GUI(图形用户界面)的X型圈选配仿真平台。该软件操作简单,仿真结果提取方便。

Development of X-Sealing Ring Matching and Simulation Platform Based on Matlab GUI

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the matching speed of the servo tank accumulator assembly is slow and the matching parameters are single, a comprehensive quantitative scoring system considering three matching parameters (fit gap, X-ring compression ratio, stretch ratio) and the importance distribution of seal pair is proposed. The sealing performance of the matching parts is comprehensively scored, and then several combinations with the highest scores are selected to achieve an optimal matching of parts. The process can be implemented by Matlab programming to improve the matching speed. For the problem that the axial force extraction in the tank accumulator assembly simulation is difficult, by introducing the driving component, the axial contact pressure during the assembly process can be obtained, and finally converted into the axial force. Combing the optimal matching function with assembly simulation function, a X-ring matching simulation platform based on Matlab GUI (Graphical User Interface) is developed. The software is easy to operate and the simulation results are easy to extract.
