光学相控阵技术最新研究进展

摘    要:在梳理光学相控阵原理的基础上,阐述了国内外光学相控阵关键技术研究的最新进展,并详细介绍了基于光波导、液晶、硅基平台的光学相控阵的技术,结合光学相控阵的发展趋势给出了光学相控阵在激光雷达、空间通信、图像投影等领域的应用前景。现今的光学相控阵正朝着大扫描角度、高精度、快速响应、小型化、高集成化等方向发展。

Abstract:On the basis of describing the working principle of optical phased array (OPA), we illustrate the latest progress of research on key technologies of OPA in the world, and introduce in detail the technologies of OPA based on optical waveguide, liquid crystal and silicon-based platform. Moreover, we give the application prospect of OPA in LIDAR, space communication, image projection and other fields in combination with the development trend of OPA. Nowadays, optical phased array is developing towards large scanning angle, high precision, fast response, miniaturization and high integration.
