传热对叶尖间隙的影响

摘    要:分析了影响叶尖间隙的诸因素,提出了计算瞬变状态下叶尖间隙变化的方法,并以某发动机为例,计算出一级压气机在不同工况下的隙量,给出间隙随时间变化的曲线图。

Abstract:Transient clearances at blade tips are discussed, which transient rotational speeds, thermal parameters,physical parameters, geometrical parameters,etc. Among of these, the main effects are thermal expansion and centrifugal extension.With a series of calculations, a variation map of the clearance along with time has been drawn.
