涡轮叶片的循环蠕变分析

摘    要:研究了航空发动机一级涡轮叶片的蠕变行为。对叶片的危险区作了静载恒温蠕变计算和变温变载蠕变计算。其结果是静载恒温蠕变和实验结果一致;其循环蠕变变形略小于静蠕变变形。变温变载下叶片的蠕变寿命可用静载恒温蠕变进行预估。

Abstract:The creeping behaviour in the first stage air cooled turbine blade of an aircraft engine is studied.The creep calculations in the critical region of the blade are made respectively at static and variable loads and at variable temperature.The results in the former case are found in good agreement with data obtained from experiments,and the cyclic creep deformation slightly smaller than the static one.It is concluded that the creep life of the blade at variable load and variable temperature can be predicted by means of the creep life of the blade in the case of static load and constant temperature.
