摘    要:对某固体火箭发动机药柱进行了动力学分析。针对发动机药柱结构,利用MSC.NASTRAN有限元软件,建立了药柱结构的三维有限元计算模型,其中推进剂和包覆层采用粘弹性材料的频变复模量模型。进行了复特征值分析、频率响应分析和公路运输的随机振动分析,得到了固体火箭发动机药柱的固有频率、相应的振型、各阶模态损耗因子和频率响应曲线,以及随机振动响应均方根值和功率谱密度曲线,为进一步分析发动机在动力学载荷作用下的结构完整性奠定了基础。

Abstract:The X-type solid rocket motor grain was dynamically analyzed.Aiming at grain structure of the motor,3D finite element calculation model was derived by means of MSC.NASTRAN finite element software,in addition,variable-frequency complex modulus model of viscoelastic material was used for the propellant and the coating.The complex eigenvalue,frequency response and random vibration during the road transportation were analyzed,then the natural frequency,corresponding mode,loss factors of all the modals and frequency response curves were obtained,as well as mean square root value of random vibration response and power spectral density curves,which can lay the foundation for further analysis on structural integrity of SRM under dynamic load.
