基于遗传算法的航材周转件多周期库存优化

摘    要:为了应对航材需求和降低成本,针对航材周转件库存优化问题,建立了一个考虑需求预测的多周期优化实例模型。根据模型特点采用遗传算法(GA)进行求解。用某航空公司航材周转件库存实际数据进行了优化计算,计算结果表明,基于遗传算法的多周期优化在基本满足航材需求的同时可降低总库存成本。

Abstract:A multi-period optimization model was developed for repairable spare parts inventory management. A genetic algorithms (GA) was used to solve the problem. Finally, an optimized calculation was done by an airline's repairable spare parts inventory data. The result shows that the model efficiently reduce total inventory costs while satisfying customer demand.
