摘    要:借助于有限元分析软件Third Wave中Power-Law材料模型,对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的三维斜角切削过程进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与实验数据值相比较,结果表明两者误差较小,验证了有限元仿真技术的准确性与可行性。

Abstract:3D bevel cutting process for stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti was simulated by Power-Law material model of the Third Wave for the finite element analysis software.The simulation result was compared with experimental data.the result showed that the error was small,and verified the accuracy and feasibility of the finite element simulation technology.
