基于AD736真有效值测量的发电机电压控制技术研究

摘    要:针对电励磁同步发电机电压控制技术存在参数漂移、工作不稳定、电压畸变导致控制参数超差等诸多问题,介绍一种电励磁同步发电机数字电压控制技术,通过AD736高精度芯片测量交流电压真有效值,并采用基于双闭环数字PI算法的电压控制技术,开展了发电机电压数字控制器研制。经试验考核,该控制器性能指标满足设计要求,达到了预期目标。

Abstract:The voltage control technology of electric excitation synchronous generator has some shortcoming such as parameter drift, unstable workflow and voltage distortion. Which lead to the over-tolerance of control parameters, etc. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a digital voltage control technology for electric excitation synchronous generator is introduced. Which measures the True RMS Measurement through AD736 high precision chip, and develops the Generator Voltage Digital Controller through the voltage control technology based on double closed-loop digital PI algorithm. Finally the performance index of the controller has meeted the design requirements, and the anticipated design goal has been achieved after test and verification by experiments.
