大焓降后部加载弯叶栅压力场与壁面流场特性的实验研究

摘    要:在环形叶栅低速风洞中,对亚临界600MW汽轮机中间级大焓降静叶栅进行了吹风实验。应用五孔球头测针,详细测量了在3个冲角下叶片沿叶高和节距的气流参数分布;借助沿叶型的静压测孔测量了在9个相对叶高位置沿叶型的静压系数;并应用墨迹显示技术,显示了沿上、下端壁及叶片表面的极限流线。实验结果表明,大焓降静叶栅具有良好的气动性能。

Experimental investigation on pressure field and surface flow field characteristics of large enthalpy drop aft-loading curved turbine cascade

Abstract:The intermediate stage large enthalpy drop turbine cascades of the sub-critical 600MW steam turbine were experimental studied in a low speed annular wind tunnel. The fluid flow parameter distributions along the blade span and blade pitch were detailedly measured with 5-hole ball head probe under three different incidences. The static pressure coefficients of nine relative blade height were measured in virtue of the static pressure holes of blade surface. Utilizing the ink marks visualization technology, the limit streamlines on the top end wall, hub end wall and blade surface were displayed. The results of experiment show that the large enthalpy drop turbine cascades have a good aerodynamic performance.
