摘    要:文章从几个方面对太空气象预报系统进行了简单的介绍,包括:当前太空气象预报系统的水平;模板预报方案实施细则;实施模板方案的难度与可行性。作者关心我国对太空气象预报系统的研究,为进一步降低航天器发射风险、提高航天器运行可靠性而献计献策。

Abstract:This paper is based on the U.S.Patent-Space Weather Prediction System and Method(2004/11/09).It discusses four aspects of the problem,including the current level of the current space weather forecast systems,a template-based weather forecast system,implementation,and the difficulties and the feasibility in implementing the template scheme.This paper is offered to draw forth more valuable papers and studies on space weather forecast by aerospace departments and related department in China in order to increase its competition strength in launching spacecraft as a result of reduced launching risk and to improve spacecraft reliability,to reduce risk in launching spacecraft,to establish the intellectual asset in space weather prediction system.
