| 摘 要： | 企业人力资产管理是人力资产贡献和利用效果管理.针对企业人力资产管理的实际需要,文章提出了企业人力资产贡献增加值的测算方法和企业人力资产利用效果评价方法,并概括了衡量企业人力资产规模和构成的合理程度的标准.

| Abstract: | The enterprise manpower asset management is actually the contribution and use effect management for the enterprise manpower asset. Therefore, to actual demand with the enterprise manpower asset management, the author in this paper has put forward the account method on the contribution of the enterprise manpower asset and the evaluation method on the use effect of the enterprise manpower asset. Furthermore, the paper has also generalized the standard that can help us to distinguish the reasonable degree of the scale and structure about the enterprise manpower asset. |
