摘    要:利用束流修正理论和蒙特卡罗模拟法对离子束加工中某一工艺参数下工件吸收的功率进行理论建模,然后采用测温实验对理论模型进行验证.设计实验时,利用有限元仿真确定了一种合理的轰击靶材铜,简化了实验并且方便了计算.

Abstract:Ion beam modifying theory and a Monte Carlo(MC) method is used to set up the theory model on the power absorbed by workpieces under some process parameters during ion beam figuring,then the model is validated by temperature measure experiments.When the experiments are designed,a reasonable target material-copper is chosen by the finite element analysis,which makes the experiment and computation easy.
