摘    要:本文针对变频调幅电涡流位移传感器,对其动态特性进行了分析,得到了传感器的等效传递函数模型,提出了对传感器进行相位补偿的一种相位超前网络设计方法.实验结果表明,所设计的传感器充分满足了磁悬浮高能密度电机对传感器频带宽、动态响应快的要求.

Abstract:Aiming at the frequency conversion and amplitude modulation eddy current displacement sensor,the sensor's dynamic characteristic was analyzes and the sensor's equivalent passing function model was deduced.A leading phase web designing method was provided.The experiment result showed that the design satisfied the demand of wide bandwidth and high response speed.
