| Abstract: | The present objective situation which Chinese colleges and universities face is changing every day.The failure of financial personnel to keep pace with the times in their management concepts hinders the enhancement of financial management level and affects the development of colleges and universities,therefore,financial personnel of colleges and universities should establish new ideas to raise the financial management level and promote the development of colleges and universities. |
