| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种ＰＣ总线色谱采集和控制卡的设计和工作原理，带有此卡的ＰＣ机可实现与岛津高效液相色谱仪配套的专用色谱数据处理装置Ｃ－Ｒ３Ａ的功能，并可以和该色谱仪组成一完整系统，协同工作。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the design and principle of a sampling and controlling PC- bus card of high performance liquid chromatography.The computer with the card can simulate C - R3A - chromatography data processing device.And the Card cooperates with DaoJin high performance liquid chromatographic instrument to make up a whole system. |
