Abstract: | In the practical service situation, military electronic equipment often needs to resist the erosion of high temperature, high humidity, salt spray and other special corrosion environment and exhibits high reliability. Thus, it is necessary to have a perfect anti-humidity, anti-salt spray and anti-mold performance which named moisture-mildew-salt spray proofing design to protect the modern electronic equipment. Three-proof design plays an important role in ensuring the electronic equipment working steadily and efficiently in the whole life cycle, especially in the extreme harsh environment. In this paper illuminated the three-proof design of a low-altitude aircraft transmitter in terms of material selection, structure design, process protection and process control, verified the scheme feasibility and proposed specific improvement measures. |
