低空飞行器发射机三防设计与验证

摘    要:军用电子设备在实际服役过程中,常常需要面临高温、高湿、高盐雾等特殊腐蚀环境的侵蚀并表现出高度可靠性,因此必须具有防湿热、防盐雾、防霉菌的三防设计对产品进行防护。为保证电子设备在全生命周期尤其是在高湿热等恶劣环境下长期高效、稳定工作,因此从材料选用、结构设计、工艺防护及过程管控等方面阐述了低空飞行器发射机三防设计,试验验证了该设计方案的可行性,并针对试验中出现的问题进行改进和验证,确保三防设计的正确性和有效性。

Three-proof design and verification of a low-altitude aircraft transmitter

Abstract:In the practical service situation, military electronic equipment often needs to resist the erosion of high temperature, high humidity, salt spray and other special corrosion environment and exhibits high reliability. Thus, it is necessary to have a perfect anti-humidity, anti-salt spray and anti-mold performance which named moisture-mildew-salt spray proofing design to protect the modern electronic equipment. Three-proof design plays an important role in ensuring the electronic equipment working steadily and efficiently in the whole life cycle, especially in the extreme harsh environment. In this paper illuminated the three-proof design of a low-altitude aircraft transmitter in terms of material selection, structure design, process protection and process control, verified the scheme feasibility and proposed specific improvement measures.
