| 摘 要： | 通过适当的假设，始终以最短路径作为出发点，充分利用所给数据特点，运用线性规划、矩阵、统计、最优化等数学理论来进行模型的建立和求解。在求解过程中，采取分阶段进行，先确定铲位，再定路线，最后安排车辆。把铲位分为两类，把品位要求的搭配比例转化为路程比例，结成一个新拟合铲位，再取最短路径，快捷地选取铲位。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a mathematics model on how to arrange cars about the production of opencast. It introduces a new algorithm of model solution. That is, we imitate a new shovel place with two old ones at first, and then we can quickly select shovel places. |
