摘    要:本文利用QFORM通用有限元软件对多孔材料挤压过程进行了数值模拟,分析了平均应力与相对密度之间的对应关系,以及初始相对密度对致密速度和挤压力的影响,可以为多孔材料的工艺设计、模具设计和制品性能控制提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper utilizes the common finite element software QFORM to simulate extrusion process for porous materials., and analyzes the relation between mean stress and relative density, and studies the influence of initial relative density to speed of densification and extrusion force. These can provide theoretical reference to process design, die design and improvement of product's performance.
