| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing analytic hierarchy process,the article,with its application in innovative research project management as the example,points out that the process can help managers greatly reduce artificial feeling and experience operation in the management of scientific and technological projects,thus facilitating the control of selection and devotion of scientific and technological projects. |
