| Abstract: | Under the situation of economic globalization and information economy,the large state-owned enterprises are pushed to exercise successive self-perfection timely,meet the requirement of government to establish modern-management system of enterprises and make achievement in such practice. The effects produced by the modern-management system of enterprises are displayed by the orderly exertion,high efficiency,advanced knowledge,top science and technology,beautiful environment and fully social contribution. |
