| 摘 要： | 本科导师制是一种有效提高本科人才培养质量的管理模式,但面对高等教育大众化的新形势,该制度在实施时存在一定困难。总结了本科导师制度存在的问题及现有改革的办法,结合所在学校的情况,提出了本科"四导师"人才培养模式,为本科导师制在新形势下的人才培养模式的实践探索提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Undergraduate tutorial system is an effective management system to improve the quality of under-graduate talent cultivation .But facing the new tendency of popularization of higher education ,there are some difficulties in the implementation of the system .This paper summarizes the problems and reform of the existing methods in the undergraduate tutorial system .In the light of the actual condition in author’ school ,the article proposes a new model of undergraduate tutorial system ,namely “Four-tutor” model , and explores the feasibility about undergraduate tutorial system for new tendency of higher education . |
