摘    要:本文运用应力-强度干涉理论,说明如何确定相同设备(或元件)构成的冗余系统的可靠性。讨论了冗余系统的并联和从n中取k两种结构形式的数学模型,推导了应力和强度服从瑞利分布的并联冗余系统,以及应力和强度分别服从麦克思韦分布和瑞利分布n中取k冗余系统的数学公式。最后,给出这两个模型在应力作用下,对应于不同的强度参数,设备或元件的可靠性曲线,直观地说明应力强度参数的改变对可靠性的影响。

Abstract:This paper uses the interference theory of stress-strength to illustrate how to determine the reliability of redundant system which is composed of the same units (or components). The paper gives specific discussion of the mathematic models of the two structural forms of the redundant system: k/n(G) system and paralell system. It derives the mathematical equations of the paralell system in which the stress-strength obeys Rayleigh distribution, and of the k/n(G) system in which the stress and strength respectively obeys Maxwell distribution and Rayleigh distribution. Finally, it gives the reliability curves, corresponding to different strength parameters, of the two models under the action of stress, intuitively demonstrating the effect of the variation of stress-strength parameters on reliability.
