灰色理论在舰载机系统安全评估中的应用

摘    要:结合舰载机的使用特点和工作情况,基于“人-机-环境-管理”理论建立了较为完善的舰载机系统安全评估指标体系。利用灰色聚类理论对评估指标体系进行灰色评估,采用相关数学模型进行计算,并对计算结果进行分析和决策,找出系统中存在的安全隐患,预防和降低了事故的发生。通过对实例的计算可以表明:灰色理论在安全评估中具有一定的科学性和实用性,提高了舰载机系统安全评估的客观性和有效性,使安全评估工作成为一种行之有效的安全管理方法。

Abstract:Combined operation characteristics and the work situation of the carder aircraft, perfecter safety assessment quota system of carder aircraft system are built a based on "man-machine- environment-management" theory the comparatively. Utilizing grey cluster theory to assess the assessment quota system, adopting correlative mathematical model to calculate, analyzing and making decision to the result, we can find out safety hidden trouble that exists in the system, preventing and reducing the occurring of accident. The calculation of example can indicate that the grey theory into safety assessment takes on science and practicability, and raises the objectivity and effectiveness of safety assessment about carder aircraft system, and makes safety assessment work be effective safety management method.
