大展弦比复合材料机翼设计与CFD/CSM计算

摘    要:研究沿着机翼气动性能计算、复合材料机翼构形设计、复合材料部件铺层设计、CFD/CSM载荷传递、机翼结构力学性能计算的设计分析流程,完成了一个大展弦比全复合材料机翼的设计过程。计算结果表明:该复合材料机翼能够完全满足预定设计指标要求;与传统金属机翼相比,在刚度提升20%的情况下,结构减重达32%。研究充分说明了所采用设计分析流程的技术可行性。

Abstract:Based on wing structural design,composite plies design,computation of the wing aerodynamic andthe wing structural finite element analysis by loading aerodynamic pressure on the wing structure using the aerodynamic-structure load transfer between CFX and ANSYS,a high-aspect-ratio composite wing assembled on the UAV for high-altitude and long cruise time is designed.And the computation results show that the structural mechanical properties in flying are up to the design requirements.The comparation results sh...
