| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了铝压力锅板材生产中废品形成的主要原因和解决办法，在实际应用中，以细晶强化Ａｌ基为理论核心，研究和总结出解决缺陷，提高铸锭质量的工艺参数及调整原则，大幅度改善了板材的质量。

| Abstract: | This Paper focuses on the cause of and solution to the problem of waste products in the process of press cooker production. The technology parameter and its adjusting principle have been studied based on the refined grain Al base theory. proper technology parameter and adjusting principle were suggdeted and have been proved to be effective in practice for the improvement of Ai plate quality. |
