摘    要:针对可重复使用运载器(RLV)热防护系统(TPS)胶接结构局部脱胶失效问题,建立热防护系统胶层脱胶传热二维分析模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行热防护结构传热分析和热应力求解.结合具体算例,得出在无外力作用下,当胶层的导热与脱胶后真空缝隙的辐射传热二者的当量热阻相同时,由脱胶产生的热应力不易引起脱胶区域的扩展,所得结论对TPS胶层设计有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Subject to the invalidation of part unglued structure of thermal protection systems(TPS)of reusable launch vehicles(RLV),a two-dimensional model is introduced on part unglued structure of TPS,and the temperature field and the thermo-stress field of the heat transfer model is computed by using the finite element programming-ANSYS.According an idiographic example,the result is given that the unglued gap was hard to spread under the thermo-stress,when the thermal resistances of the pastern and of the radiation...
